Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer

David Heller is vice president and chief ethics and compliance officer for Edison International (EIX).
He is responsible for the company’s ethics and compliance programs overseeing the company’s commitment to exemplary business ethics and legal compliance.
Prior to joining EIX, he served as director of ethics and business conduct at The Boeing Company, responsible for developing strategic direction for both U.S. and international ethics and compliance programs.
Prior to joining Boeing, Heller served as vice president of risk management and chief compliance officer for Qwest Communications.
He is a member of the executive advisory board of the Society of Corporate Ethics and Compliance and a board member of the Healthcare Compliance Association.
Heller received a bachelor’s in engineering technology from Oklahoma State University, a master’s degree in environmental policy and management from the University of Denver and a J.D. from University of Denver School of Law.
